Community Guidelines

The house rules that keep ClubSave a place worth coming home to.

ClubSave is a private club, and clubs run on trust. These guidelines aren't legalese — they're the handful of things every member agrees to so the feed stays useful, the splits stay safe, and nobody gets burned. Read them once. They're mostly common sense, plus the specifics that matter when real money and real meetups are involved.

Keep your hauls real

The feed only works when the prices are honest. Post what you actually paid, not a screenshot from three years ago or a "deal" that was never real.

Split safely

This is the big one. ClubSave helps members find each other — that's it. We don't handle the money, hold deposits, or guarantee any split. Every transaction is between you and the other member, so protect yourself the way you would with any neighbor you just met.

Before the trip

You are responsible for your own transactions. ClubSave is the introduction, not the referee. Use your judgment, and if something feels off, walk away.

Respect the members

Everyone here is a fellow shopper. Treat them like one.

No spam, no off-topic selling

ClubSave is for splitting warehouse hauls and trading deal intel — not a marketplace for your side inventory. No bulk promo blasts, no MLM pitches, no reselling, no links to unrelated stores. Keep the feed about the club.

Partners and creators: disclose it

If you're in the Partner Program or you're posting anything sponsored, say so plainly. Tag it #ad or #ClubSavePartner so members know what they're looking at. Authentic, real-price hauls only — the warm insider tone is the whole point.

Report a problem

See a fake deal, a sketchy split, harassment, or a member who broke these rules? Tell us. We read every report and take action to keep the club safe.
