Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ClubSave mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bulk Buy Splitter, Inc., doing business as ClubSave ("we," "us," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

ClubSave reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit any Content submitted by users. All other content on the Service is owned by ClubSave or used with permission and may not be reused without our prior written consent.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use another person's name, a registered trademark, or any username that is offensive, obscene, or misleading.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClubSave and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by ClubSave. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us or discontinuing use of the Service.
Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
